Venue/Space Rental Terms
By completing the booking, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking and Payment
•The booking is valid only once full payment has been received.
•After submitting a booking request, a payment link will be sent by e-mail.
2. Cancellation
•Cancellation up to 7 days before the booked date = full refund.
•Cancellation less than 7 days before = 50 % refund.
•No-show = no refund.
3. Liability
•The renter is responsible for ensuring the premises and any equipment are used with care.
•The renter is also responsible for the conduct of their guests.
•Damages caused by negligence will be charged at actual cost and must be paid within 14 days after written notice.
4. House Rules and Order
•The renter agrees to follow the house rules.
•The rules are also posted on site.
•The premises may not be used in ways that disturb neighbors or break the law.
5. Other Terms
•The landlord is not responsible for interruptions or obstacles beyond our control (e.g. power outages).
