Vehicle Rental Terms
By completing the booking, the renter agrees to the following terms:
1. Booking and Payment
•The booking is valid only once full payment has been received.
•After submitting a booking request, a payment link will be sent by e-mail.
•Payment must be completed before vehicle pick-up.
2. Driver’s Responsibility
•The driver must hold a valid B driving license.
•The renter is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is used in compliance with traffic laws and regulations.
•The vehicle must not be driven under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any prohibited substances.
•The renter is responsible for all fines, parking fees, and penalties incurred during the rental period.
3. Insurance and Deductible
•The vehicle is covered by traffic and comprehensive insurance according to current insurance terms.
•In case of damage, the renter is responsible for the deductible, normally 200 € per incident (e.g. collision, theft, fire, vandalism).
•If damage is caused by gross negligence or breach of these terms, the renter may be held liable for the full cost of the damage.
4. Use and Restrictions
•The vehicle may only be used within Finland unless otherwise agreed in writing.
•The vehicle may not be sub-rented or used for illegal purposes.
•The load may not exceed the permitted weight.
5. Fuel and Return
•The vehicle must be returned in the same condition and with the same fuel level as at pick-up.
•Delays or failure to return may result in additional charges.
6. Cancellation
•Cancellation up to 7 days before booking = full refund.
•Cancellation less than 7 days before = 50 % refund.
•No-show = no refund.
7. Rental Company’s Responsibility
•The rental company is not responsible for losses or costs caused by interruptions or obstacles beyond our control (e.g. force majeure).
•The rental company is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
