Studio Rental Terms & Conditions
By completing the booking, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking and Payment
•The booking is valid only once full payment has been received.
•After you submit a booking request via our website form, a payment link will be sent to you by e-mail.
•Payment is made through this link, and a receipt will be issued after successful payment.
2. Cancellation
•Cancellation up to 7 days before the booked date = full refund.
•Cancellation less than 7 days before the booked date = 50% refund.
•No-show = no refund.
3. Liability
•You are responsible for ensuring the studio and its equipment are used with care.
•You are also responsible for the conduct of any guests you bring.
•Damages caused by negligence or intentional acts will be charged at actual cost and must be paid within 14 days after written notice.
4. House Rules
•You agree to follow our house rules.
•The house rules are also available in the studio.
5. Other Terms
•The studio may not be used in ways that disturb neighbors or break the law.
•The landlord is not responsible for interruptions or obstacles beyond our control (e.g. power outages).
*If the space is not cleaned after use, a 50€ cleaning fee will be charged.
