Equipment Rental Terms
1. Booking and Payment
•The booking is valid only once full payment has been received.
•After submitting a booking request, a payment link will be sent by e-mail.
2. Pick-up and Return
•Equipment must be picked up and returned at the agreed time.
•Delays or failure to return may result in additional charges.
3. Liability
•The renter is responsible for the equipment from pick-up until return.
•Damages or loss will be charged at actual repair or replacement cost.
•Equipment may only be used for its intended purpose and may not be sub-rented.
4. Cancellation
•Cancellation up to 7 days before booking = full refund.
•Cancellation less than 7 days before = 50 % refund.
•No-show = no refund.
